JOB DESCRIPTION For this function, you will:

» Full set accounts closing including AR, AP, GL and GST reporting

» Manage the day-to-day activities of the financial accounting team and provide guidance.

» Prepare month end financial and management reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

» Prepare budget and forecasts, monthly review of performances and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitcapability

» Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, processes and procedures

» contact with external auditor and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters

» Review of policies and procedures, initiate and drive continuous process, internal controls and system improvements

» Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager Employee success:

» Provide clear guidance to the financial accounting team on accounting, financial and tax requirements

» Proven track record in driving operational success

» capability to multi-task and meet tight timelines Requirements:

» Degree in Finance and Accounting, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications

» Minimum 5 to 7 years’ of significant work practice

» expertise on GST (Singapore)

» Well-versed in accounting standards and statutory requirements

» Strong analytical and problem solving expertise, with a keen eye for details

» Good interpersonal and communication expertise

» Team player who is hands-on, with a can-do attitude and able to work effectively in a team and independently

» Self-motivated, resourceful and fast learner who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines The ideal candidate:
