1) Invoicing
To post invoice within 48 hours upon received of POD (supply and services rendered)
2) Receiving and Verification of POD from Boarding agents
- To ensure all the POD are in order including Master stamped and signed
- To ensure good returns form is issued for return and missing items
- To verify outstanding POD per boarding agent against the system
3) Scanning
- To scan invoice and upload to system on everyday basis
- To transfer scanned invoices to Sharedfolders/SG-PH Billing every morning
4) Record of invoicing issues and weekly reporting
- To record invoicing issues on everyday basis and submitting weekly report
5) Freight and other services invoices
6) D/O Collection (Care-Off)
- In charge of D/O Collection for Vendors including any Cash collections
7) Request New Customer Account created
- To request Master Data to create customer account for new customer
8) Issue CN
- To issue CN within 48 hours
9) Adhoc tasks
