What this job involves:
Providing support
You will be handling voluminous entries for collections into accounting system (MRI) daily. Ensure that all collections are entered correctly with 100% accuracy. You will also prepare arrears report as requested by management of supervisor and ensure that arrears management procedures are followed at all times. On top of that, you will also be providing administrative support as assigned by supervisor or the management.

Experienced
You have 2 to 3 years of experience in residential property management. You are familiar with Microsoft Office software and condominium management software. It would be great if you have knowledge of BMSMA laws related to a mixed development.
Able to communicate
You are effective in written and oral communication and can maintain professionalism with all stakeholders. You also possess organisational aptitude with the ability to interact with others of all levels.
Meticulous
You are meticulous, accurate and organised with excellent time management. You are also flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced work environment and be proficient with the most recent technology.
