JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibility:
» Manage phone calls, coordination and perform general administrative tasks
» To convert Sales Order to Delivery Order (Tax Invoice) after checking and verifying from Warehouse personnel
» To check, verify and ensure that the correct product with the correct price and quantity are being invoiced and delivered by driver(s)
» To provide assistance to warehouse personnel’s in light tasks
» Able to speak Chinese in order to communicate and contact with Chinese speaking associates, colleagues and customers
» To contact with Sales Personnel and Customer(s) if necessary, for any prices / delivery date / stock status / after sales services and for the smooth operation for services render from our Sales department to our customers
» To follow up all delivery schedule as planned
» Work closely with Inventory Control and Logistic department on stock and quality issues
» Check & verify goods received from suppliers when required
» Maintain and update document/records
» Follow-up Back Order/Shipment
» Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting agent / Management. Requirement:
» Basic Accounting knowledge / practice preferred
» No practice in Accounting but has Administrative practice are also welcome to apply
» Proficient in MS office + MS Outlook
» Able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates and customers
» Knowledge in SAP is an advantage, training will be provided
» Excellent eye for detail
» Multi-tasking and able to input data accurately
» Excellent communication expertise, customer service orientated
» Hardworking, reliable and a team player
» Flexible and adaptable in a fast pace working environment
» Has passionate and keen to lgain products carry by the Company
» Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
» Able to start work immediately or short notice would be preferred
» Only Singaporean Working Hours:
» Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 6pm
» Saturday : 8.30am - 1pm
» 2 Sat off per month
» Permanent Sun & PH Off
