Job Description Fund Management Accounts & Operations Intern / Temp
Fund Compliance & Accounts
- Assist in accounting and administration of Fund Management and Wealth Management
- Perform trade, positions and bank account reconciliation
- Reporting periodic AUM and P&L, draft annual financial statements
- Assist in annual audits
Office Administration
- Documentation & Data Entry
- Handling interoffice and overseas courier services, postage and mailing of corporate letters
- Assist in arranging managers & director's oversea business trip
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers
Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in accountancy or finance or equivalent
- Polytechnic and University Students on vacation are welcome
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
- Highly organised and great attention to details
- Good critical thinking and analytical mindset
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time discipline
- Flexible work attitude with strong initiative
- Possess strong work ethic and be a team player
