As part of SingTel International Group’s Regional Finance team, you will analyze and be responsible for reporting the SingTel Group’s overseas joint ventures/associates (“JVs”) financial performance; and to assist the Regional Financial Controller & Finance Managers in general consolidation work.
Responsibilities - Assist Regional Finance Director and Finance Manager in consolidation of IG Group of Associates’ business performance for:
- Mthly/Qtrly/Annual Actual Reporting
- Qtrly Forecast
- Annual Target Setting & Budget
- Workshops
including analysis of the business & financial trends, outlook, issues and performance against competitors/industry
- Benchmarking/ Database - develop and maintain benchmarks/database for revenue/cost KPIs and diagnose gaps for operational improvement ; including research and compile reports on regional countries, companies and associated industries, business products, etc.
- Financial Reporting & Budget - Mthly/Qtrly/Annual reporting of the :
- Bridge Mobile Alliance
- IG Opex
including analysis of the business & financial trends, outlook, issues and management of accounting/audit related matters and other functions where assigned
- Monitor investments in SingTel Ventures, including
- Quarterly reporting of financials to Group Finance
- Liaison with auditors /treasury/legal secretariat/fund managers to provide financials supporting /relevant info/status review & follow up.
- Handling of fund disbursement, capital call, sales proceeds, declaration form, payment, AGM, statutory filing, term extension etc.
- Review of Investee companies' financials and highlight any changes in portfolio or items.
- Proper maintenance of STV records and files for ease of monitoring and accessing (eg. set up list of index filing for records and tracking).
- Update of action taken in sharepoint folder for continuity.
- Verification of ADSB payment requests to ensure payment in order.
- Liaison with overseas parties /auditors on ADSB's payment services, financials, income tax filing, regulatory/legal matters, annual accounts/tax review, etc
- Assist in EMTN update
- Work as the main point of contact between various stakeholders including Treasury, Business Managers to facilitate the quarterly/annually maintenance of EMTN circular.
- Maintain the integrity of the EMTN circular of Singtel by ensuring that all material transactions of Associates (AIS, Intouch, Globe, Airtel and Telkomsel) are accurately and timely captured and feedback to Treasury
