Job Description - Sit down with relationship managers to understand the daily procedures and workflow in relation to specific tasks
- Create work flow documents detailing the step-by-step procedures to act as guides for people new to the tasks
- Help create macros to simplify tasks
- Work with our accounting system to migrate data and automate reporting
- To go through the Fund Documents of various Funds and make a ‘Bible’ listing all keys terms and processes
- Create a generic checklist/form that can be used to future funds to summarize the Fund Documents
- Help the team in any ad-hoc tasks that they might need assistance in
- Strong Excel Knowledge (VBA and coding knowledge is preferred)
- Proficiency in other MS Office Application
