Job Description APAC Human Resource Intern (C&B Mobility) – 5 months
Job Description - Collaborates with payroll, finance and Human Resources (HR) on state laws (i.e., real estate or tax laws) to determine appropriate tax solutions for relocating employees.
- Maintains documentation for HR and auditing to keep a history of employees’ relocation processes.
- Performs cost estimation calculation for assignees on short and long term assignment.
- Assists in the handling of projects pertaining to mobility and act as subject matter expert for APAC Mobility issues when liaising with Corporate Mobility.
- Manages relocation vendors (BGRS) to manage concerns/address issues received from assignees on exception handling of cases.
- Determines methods for monitoring the effectiveness of UPS’s relocation program to identify ways vendors may improve their services to meet UPS’s relocation needs.
- Maintains reports of assignees with accuracy and provide this to respective functions necessary for their processing such as Region Tax, Finance & Accounting, Payroll and HR management.
- Reviews reports from vendors (i.e., price of home sale or delivery of funds) to evaluate vendors’ performance results.
- Manages and ensures lease renewals are reviewed and renewed timely and the documentation of these tenancy agreements.
- Manages the car leases for expatriates and ensure enrollment of assignees on the medical benefit program whilst on assignment – both short and long term assignments.
- Reviews and keeps mobility practices up to date and provides recommendations on cases that deviates from the current guidelines/policies.
Job Requirement - Currently in final year pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply

- Knowledge in Human Resource or expatriation is preferred
- Self-driven and good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, PowerPoint and Words
