Job Description Responsibilities: Assist in finance and procurement duties
Creation of purchase orders
Verification of invoices
Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system
Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals
Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system
Maintain accurate financial records and statements
Perform month-end closing activities
Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs
Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use
Provide full administrative and operations support for all projects
Handle reception duties
Ensure effective office maintenance
Inventory management of office and project-specific supplies
Liaise with vendors, external and internal customers to ensure smooth operations
Ad-hoc sourcing of new reliable suppliers and manufacturers
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned
Requirements: Able to multi-task and highly adaptable
Effective time management, accountable
Responsible and meticulous
Possess strong eye for details and understanding of systems/process flows
Takes initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
