Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be part of an Investment Management Division entrusted with the responsibility to maximize the value of investments and build an additional engine for growth to insurance in PACS. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the CIO presently and be embedded in the Investment Services department and be responsible for the delivery of operational and support functions relating to investments. Your focus will be to also ensure sustainability of the investment platform to achieve cost and operational efficiency and delivery of trade order management of the discretionary platform in the Investment Linked insurance products platform that will be built up. The other areas of operational support will relate to the assets comprising the Par as well as Non-Par assets pertaining to investment management functions.
Job Description: - Lead projects and resolve new/complex problems which may impact the function through collaboration across departments
- Support the discretionary portfolio management team with order generation and trade execution of funds comprising mutual funds and ETFs as well as ancillary transactions including money market and foreign exchange.
- Pre-trade compliance and also post-trade monitoring
- Support in areas pertaining to execution of investment documents, outsourcing contracts, funds onboarding, etcetra.
- Help to lead with the CIO and the Strategy team in delivering cost and operational efficiency through various initiatives
- Build a culture within PACS that focuses on investments in addition to the traditional insurance KPIs.
- Develops section plans, controls, resources and formulate policies in area of responsibility. Looks beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation.

Working Experience
- Minimum 5 years of investment operations functions and experience in a in a reputable asset management or insurance organization.
Education - Diploma or similar level qualifications in Business, Accounting or Management
Language - Strong command of the English language
