Job Description We're looking for an energetic and eager to learn individual that would enjoy working in a start up environment.
- Help with weekly billing activities
- Perform and monitor day-to-day invoicing activities
- Handle collection, including managing delays and irregularities
- Update invoices and process payment to suppliers
- Perform month-end closing
- Assist in audit and tax schedules preparation
- Perform month-end reports generation
- Assist in any other ad-hoc accounting job assigned
- Assist in customer service
Job Requirements: - Residence in Singapore
- Mandarin language capability is a big advantage
