A global leading Insurance organization is looking for a Strong VP Financial MAS Regulatory Reporting to come on board. Experience require (Minimum 12 years)
In this role, you will be responsible for preparation and review of draft financial statements and notes to financial statement. Liaison with Regulatory Bodies and Internal Audit. Responsible for Quarterly and Annual Regulatory Reporting
Main coordinator and liaison in response to queries from various regulatory and government bodies in relation to the financial reports/returns and certifications submitted
Support for the Asia legal entity and Regulatory MAS Reporting. Being involve in the new FRS implementation changes
The successful candidate must have the following: - Qualification in accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA or local equivalent). IFRS knowledge would be beneficial together with life insurance experience
- Degree in Accounting
- Have at least 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing a team
