Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is a reputable Financial Institute and is currently looking to add more headcount to their current team to support their customer service operations.
Responsibilities » Responsible for customer inquiry and complaint management on various platforms (phone, email, livechat)
» Ensure KPIs (Abandon Rate/Service Levels) are met everyday and maintain a high level of customer service.
» Assist the manager in handling customer escalations.
» Perform ad-hoc admin and operational tasks
» Manage and support the Operations Manager in Client Services Centre operations
Requirements » Min. 1 year practice in call centre environment.
» Strong communication expertise in Written and Spoken English
» Possess a good learning attitude and is customer service oriented.
» Has working expertise in Microsoft Office
» Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per schedule.
