Responsibilities: Design and implement new operating concept for Residents Committee (RC) centres which comprises formulation of the infrastructure design requirements, developing the construction plan, management of the construction work and conceptualise the support concept
Requirements: · Minimum 10 years' experience in infrastructure/ building project management and/or M&E consultancy services.
· Must have strong organisational, analytical, conceptualisation, communication and inter-personal skills.
· Possess good technical and planning capabilities.
· Possess good command of English language with good written and presentation skills.
· Self-driven and able to work independently with good time management, initiatives and able to multi-task.
· Resourceful and able to lead the team towards achieving specific goals.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good knowledge in relevant Singapore Standards, Codes of Practices and regulatory guidelines. candidates will be notified)
Shortlisted candidates will go through PA's structured interview.
Successful candidates will be given a 3-year contract.
