Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a reputable Global Bank is seeking an Operations adjunct. This will be a 5 months contract, subject to further extension or conversion.
Responsibilities Scanning Room
» Document collection and pick up activities (via courier) between 2 locations, including urgent fax and document distribution to respective teams.
» Scanning of batched instructions via system, including reconciliation activities.
Control Desk
» Prepare escalation report, print/upload and verify Post Trade Confirmations
» Adhoc mailing of Customer Communication.
» Assist Control Desk team in admin tasks
Performance Objectives
» Report to work on time.
» Achieve 100% accuracy in the job performed.
» Able to work independently with minimum monitoring.
» Attentive to detail.
» Positive work attitude and capability to meet tight deadlines and cutover timing.
» Possess good interpersonal and communication expertise.
» Punctual
Requirements » A significant Diploma or University Degree in Business, Accountancy, Banking related fields.
» Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
» Minimum A level.
