Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION • Basic up to $2500

- 5.5 Days , Mon – Saturday
Job responsibilities: - Attend to telephone inquiries and manage appointment for doctors
- Perform registration, payment collection, data entry and administrative tasks to customers
- Recommending appropriate treatments, services and products to existing and prospective customers
- Assist doctors in medical procedures
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements: - Preferably with 2 years or clinic/healthcare working practice
- Min. GCE N/O LevelWell-groomed and service-oriented with pleasant disposition
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer literate and proficient in basic computer software,
- Able to execute 5.5 days' work week (Monday to Saturday).
