JOB DESCRIPTION » Job responsibilities:-
» Manage full set of accounts, maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, cash book and other financial data
» To handle billing reconciliation, receipts, payments and related issues
» to execute data entry into the database, processing invoices, month-end and year-end close process
» Plan for cash flow and projection
» Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
» Perform quarterly GST submission
» Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements:-
» Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
» Able to work independently with meticulous, minimum supervision to meet deadlines
» Possess strong interpersonal, positive attitude, analytical with good problem solving and communication expertise
» Able to start work within short notice
» Required Skill(s): MYOB, Microsoft Office(s)
» Required language(s): English, Mandarin in order to contact with Chinese sub-contractor
» At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in a full spectrum of accounting function in Singapore
» Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

COMPANY OVERVIEW Established in 2001, Tat Soon Pte Ltd was founded to tackle the arising needs from the commercial design sector. We work closely with architectural and engineering consultancy firms, mainly focusing on commercial projects (eg. offices, resorts, factories, medical laboratories and schools). A small fraction of our business also falls under residential projects for our clients’ residences.
Apart from renovation and upgrading works, we also specialize in A&A works. We have an in-house carpentry, M&E and design team, which provides services including space planning, design conceptualization, project construction and management, with a group of practiced workers and carpenters, led by Tat Soon’s owner himself.
Our team in Tat Soon Pte Ltd comprises of highly motivated and dedicated skilled individuals who make up the Design, Business Development, Project, Fabrication and After-Sales Department of the company. We aim to keep ourselves abreast on the market’s developments so that we are able to advise and provide our clients with innovative, aesthetically pleasing and yet functional designs with our client’s budget in mind.
