Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » In charge of travel arrangement for the employee and visitors which includes, Hotel, Flight, Entertainment Booking & Itinerary.
» Support Training Administration including logistics arrangement, registration, invoice processing, update training record and track training evaluation form for all employees.
» Arrange interview sessions for shortlisted candidates & ensure background & reference checks are completed before job offer.
» Organized Induction Training and on-boarding session for new employee.
» Generate reports such as Employee Fluctuation report and Attendance report for the management.
» Prepare and issue HR letters such as confirmation letter, promotion letter and memo, birthday letter and voucher, etc
» Coordinate activities in supporting management meetings, quarterly sales meeting, etc
» Ensure employee record is updated in the system.
»Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to General Manager.
» Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements : » Diploma/ Degree in HR/ Business Administration with 2 years of significant practice in HR
» Candidate with working practiced in Electronics or Marine Industries preferred
»practice in handling payroll will be advantage
» Able to speak Philippine & Mandarin language would be an advantage (Need to contact with China/Philippine Workers)
» Good expertise in Singapore Employment Act
