Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Lead a team of Technicians for facilities related activities
» Attend to complaints related to Electrical, Building, Mechanical or Air-con work
» Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Engineers
» Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures
» Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned
Job Requirements: » Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related field
» Possess at least 3 years of significant practice in Fault Reporting Centre
» Possess at least 5 years of significant practice in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance work
» Able to communicate well
» Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
» Willing to work shift (24/7)
» Able to work in hospital
