JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:

» Hardware physical check on systems lights (server, network devices, SAN, tape library (if any))

» Archive-log utilisation, transaction log utilization

» Tape Backup Logs (til transited to tapeless backup solution)

» Services running in Windows OS and VMware

» Resources (CPU, memory, storage, network) utilisation

» Perform the monitoring, coordinating and reporting of the environmental condition of Server/Equipment Room:

(a) Power - Power supply (such as main power source and UPS systems);

(b) Cooling - Air-conditioning (such as temperature and humidity);

(c) Heat - Fire Alarm and Suppression System (such as FM200, water sprinklers, fire extinguishers);

(d) Leakage/Heat - Environment Monitoring System (such as smoke, fire, humidity, temperature and water detection);

(e) everyday tape out to tape offsite storage provider; and

(f) Alarm pertaining to Security Door Access. Requirements:

» At least 2 years of practice working as a data center operator

» Familiar with Windows OS
