Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Work with customers to understand requirements, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
» Prepare, attend tender clarifications, negotiation with prospects, quote and contract review
» Formulate business plan and marketing strategies to develop new market for new business opportunity through cold-calling, client visitations etc
» Grow, manage and build relationship with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction
» Implement strategic initiatives to protect and grow sales
» Gather market intelligence information
» Purchasing materials for “buy-outs” for orders and manufacturing services
» Responsible for managing and maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships
» Responsible for complying highest commitment to customers regarding delivery, quantity, and quality
» contact actively with various business units, i.e. Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing team to provide solutions and technical assistance to customers
» Other projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time Job Requirements:
» Diploma/ Degree in any Business related discipline
» Min 4-5 years practice with strong knowledge in selling of steel tubes and bar products
» Excellent written, communication and presentation expertise
» Positive attitude and good team spirit with effective negotiating expertise
» Excellent computer expertise with good proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook, Power Point)
