Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver the service and maintenance proposal during bids
- Formalize service requirements, cost of ownership and logistic support of the Solution in Transportation, Security and Defense business.
- Define the architecture/organization of the service and the connected service infrastructure
- Allocate service requirements to the various actors of the organization
- Validate the Service Deployment Readiness
- Implement supervision resources, methods and tools to monitor the quality of service, to raise alerts in case of malfunction, to escalate incidents and to contribute to the implementation of workaround procedures, if necessary.
- Deliver and optimize the management of spares, consumables, materials
- Validate the Obsolescence Management Plan
- Manage the logistics chain
- Provide a contact service to the Customers
- Prepare and carry out the service consultancy or technical assistance
- Deploy the repair organization and validate repair equipment or systems
Requirements : - A Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer/Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 8 years of practice in preparing maintenance proposal and working in maintenance of Critical System, whereby at least 2 years in the management capacity with a Service Level Agreement
- practice in planning of service requirements to transit from project into maintenance phase
- practice in managing a group of service support staffs and suppliers
- capability to conduct or perform System Testing, Commissioning and Warranty support
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, capability to effectively communicate with peers and customers on all levels
- capability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an occasionally high-pressure environment
- Organized and motivated individual
- Good working expertise of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Databases, SAN and Networking, Cybersecurity will be an advantage
