Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION You will be working with a leading provider of Food Solutions and Gateway Services.
Working Job location: Changi
Key accountabilities - Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly food material usage and variance report
- Responsible for the monitoring and tracking of the food quality and consumption of raw materials against budget
- Participate in Information technology enhancement projects and studies
- Responsible for optimizing food production processes to enhance consistency and productivity
- Coordinate and manage ground staff to ensure procedural compliance
- Head a team of 6 staff to handle menu-related activities, such as the timely creation of Bill Of Materials (BOMs) and provision of material forecasting
- Work closely with inter-departments on menu timeline to ensure smooth implementation of new menus
- Maintain good working relationships with the Union
- Seek and develop potential airline or non-airline catering business opportunities
expertise and practice
- Recognised degree from a reputable university, preferably in business, supply chain or other related fields
- At least 2 years practice in food procuremnt with good knowledge of the supply markets
- Possess effective communication expertise with a drive to succeed
