Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION What you'll be doing:
» Attend to general customer enquiries, requests and feedback received via phones calls, email and live chats.
» Ensure all tickets are solved by the end of the shift except for those on-hold waiting for other department action or information and those pending waiting for customers to reply or clarify issues.
» Manage customer's information details, complete waivers and refunds on Admin Panel.
» Ensure a customer-centric approach
» Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
» Educate the customer about products and services online and offline
» Alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution that may indicate a larger, underlying problem
» Handle any other adhoc tasks
» Maintain confidentiality of the organization's customers and data according to PDPA
What are we looking for : » practice working in the Customer Service/Hospitality/Banking call centre industry for 2 years or more
» Excellent in communication, both verbal and written in English
» Posses great attitude and cheerful personality
» Possess great Customer Service mentality and expertise
» You are committed and able to work in a fast-paced environment with many changes
» You know how to use different Windows PC located software, i.e. Excel, Word etc.
