The function
The Graduate-Consultant Program offers an opportunity for Consultants to make your mark straight away. Intended as a 360-Consultant function, Consultants are exposed to both Client and Candidate management responsibilities within an intensive 3-months comprehensive training phase. Because you are exposed to the full-spectrum of Recruitment consultancy the moment you embark on your career with us, our model entails greater learning exposure - forging tenacity within your character to ensure you cope and adapt with the rigors of a specialist headhunter.
» Business Development & Cold-Calling - Identify and develop new business opportunities with a myriad of Clients depending on your skills/background within a Specialist sector of Bayes
» Perform recruitment functions such as Job Interviews, matching candidates to various jobs, knowledge the requirements and desires of various job-seekers
» Perform matches and pre-qualifications for candidates and jobs available to ensure that the best-fit between candidate and job is ideal
» Work together with Clients and Candidates to ensure that respective interests in job requirements are met and adhered to
