Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION ? Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

? Tampines

? UP $4000 + AWS + VB

? Manufacturing Industry (MNC)

Job responsibilities:

»Manage full cycle of purchasing activities (Sourcing, price negotiation, shipping and deliveries)

»Review and purchase materials / equipment as requested by MRP

»In-charge of inventory management and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials

» Liaising with logistics department for shipment arrangement / status and custom declaration

» Processing of documentation on purchasing activities (Supplier Coding, matching of PO / Tax invoice)

Requirements:

»Min. Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent

»Min. 2 – 5 years of significant purchasing practice in manufacturing / engineering industry

» Bilingual in English and Mandarin to contact with Mandarin speaking associates
