JOB DESCRIPTION ? UP $3,300 + Variable Bonus

? 5 days, 9:00am – 6:00pm

? Central – Tiong Bahru (nearest MRT)

Job responsibilities:

»Support CEO in secretarial and administrative tasks

»Arrange and coordinate meetings / appointments / conference call

»Manage travel schedule and expenses claims for CEO

» Support CEO to assist in sales operation departments;

» Coordinate and handles sales order from distributors

» Handle DO / PO

» Coordinate and contact with purchasing department

» Assist to coordinate for conference and events

Requirements:

Degree in Secretarial / Business Studies / Administration Management or any related field

At least 2-3 years of working practice as personal adjunct
