Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION ? Position: 2 Years Contract

Job responsibilities: » Assist in managing all development projects from pre-planning stage to final completion stage, to achieve best results in design, time, budget and quality.
» Represent the company as its liaison agent to the various parties involved in the projects, such as government agencies, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers etc. from pre-planning stage to final completion stage.
» Assist in formulating the overall design brief.
» Evaluate all proposals related to consultancy fees, design concept and construction tenders in conformity to the financial and audit procedures.
» Assist in managing project schedule and project budget; monitor contracts for compliance, perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards; facilitate project handing over and closing of final account; mitigate and implement measures against delays, deviation from specifications, contractual disputes and variations to approved budget.
» Assist in managing the consultant team to ensure that the project is carried out according to the approved design brief and specifications; ensure proper tendering procedures and compliance with authorities’ requirements.
» Manage the construction team to ensure all works completed meet the industry quality and standard; ensure payment claims are valid and monitor defects rectifications are completed satisfactorily within the defects licapability period.
» Assist in the preparation of other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management.
Requirements: »Degree/Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
»Minimum 3 years of related working practice handling large scale project management and construction.
»practice with country club project(s) will be an advantage.
»expertise in Workplace Safety & Health Act
»capability to troubleshoot located on site constraints, authorities’ compliances, resolve conflicts among various trades
»Good working expertise of MS Office, Projects and related software applications.
»Excellent organizational and project management expertise.
