Job tasks: »Provide outstanding Secretarial and Administrative Support to the CEO
»Schedule, plan & coordinate meetings/appointments, conference calls, etc.
»Manage travel calendar and arrangements and expenses claim for CEO
» Provide support to the International Sales Operations department
» Assist in the coordination for conference and events
Requirement: »Min 2 - 3 years of practice of executive secretary/personal adjunct or significant
»Min Diploma/Degree in business administration/studies or significant
»Good command of the English language
