» Perform onsite fault diagnosis and coordinate to resolve technical product issues related to video conferencing and audio-visual integrated solutions
» Preventive Maintenance - Undertake reliable scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective actions on customers’ equipment
» Undertake reliable scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective actions on customers’ equipment
» Commissioning and Engineering Support - Provide Post-Sales services to the customer
Requirements » Diploma in audio-visual or information technology or Engineering in the electronics or electrical fields
» At least 2 years of significant practice
