Responsibilities » Diagnosis, developing and executing interventions in areas around leadership abilities and management development
» Diagnose business performance issues and learning needs
» Identify appropriate training-located solutions, and develop the solutions to facilitate achievement of the business unit’s goals
» Coordinate and facilitate training programmes
» Identify learning and development needs, and develop solutions to bridge the business units’ gaps
» Learning administration; managing internal and external learning logistics
» Claims / funding management
» Assist training evaluations / feedback management
» Collation and preparation of monthly learning report
» General training administration support Requirements
» Diploma or degree holders
» Candidates with 1-2 years of L&D or HR practice is highly preferred
» Good interpersonal expertise: Approachcapability, interpersonal savvy, customer focus, knowledge others, peer relationship, composure, listening, patience, integrity and values
» Strong Operating expertise: Organizing, planning, time management, priority setting, managing and measuring work, process management
