JOB DESCRIPTION function: MVNO Engineer (Technical Mobile/Mobility)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for MVNO is responsible for planning, designing and developing solutions and service products riding on the network or across multiple network layers such as CDN, Enterprise, Ethernet, IP, Wireless, Mobile Broadband, etc. Work closely presales and technical engineers to gather requirements, prepare architecture design, conduct technical and cost practiccapability study, implement and resolve issues to support networks globally to meet timelines and customer requirements.

Job tasks:

» MVNO deployments- work with Engineering Solution Architect to understand the customer requirements, the MNO integration requirements and the MVNO service requirements.

» Develop an End to End deployment plan that will meet the customer's timeline

» End to end management for projects which require cross-functional collaboration from various departments including high-level planning, lead feature testing, architecture & implementation strategy.

» Manage the program to a prosperous conclusion

» Carrying out site surveys;

» Providing technical guidance to colleagues and customers;

» Find creative solutions to problems identified in network designs;

» Analyse and interpret data;

» Travel to meet suppliers, customers and colleagues;

» Test designs.

expertise and Appropriate qualifications:

» Degree or higher in Electronic and Communications Information Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer science or related

» knowledge of MVNO's and how they work and its Ecosystem

» Knowledge of Mobile networking- Packet Processing, Policy, Subscriber Management, Signalling, Portals, API integrations and fundamental mobile mechanics which make a mobile operator network function.

** Please note: The function needs to work closely with its chinese counterpart and hence Mandarin is required.
