Job responsibilities: »Process invoices using accounting system and payment
» In charge of full set accounts
» Reconcile intercompany balances monthly and annually closing
»Prepare audit schedules and documents for audit
» Ensure outstanding matters are cleared for audit
» contact with corporate secretary for annual filing
Requirements: » Minimum Diploma and above
» Minimum 3 years of practice in Financing/ Accounting
»Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to contact with Mandarin speaking associates
