Requirement »Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2 year of QA/QC working practice in a manufacturing environment
»Min 2 years and above in similar
»Able to read engineering drawing
»Inspection expertise on measurement tools such as Smartscope preferred
Listing description
» Document internal and external non-conformance into record
» To participate in root cause investigations for non-conformance (e.g. Collect and Analyze Data from rejected / sample lot etc.)
» Support QA initiatives / activities (e.g. new product quality review, customers’ quality audit, project transfer etc)
» Prepare quality reports (e.g. 8D report, SPC, FMEA Analysis etc.)
» Develop and maintain Internal Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to aid product manufacture / inspection and tracecapability
» Perform and prepare First Article package (e.g. CPK Study, Dimensions Report, Packaging Specs)
» Assist in any other related tasks assigned by immediate manager as and when necessary.
