Job responsibilities: »superviseing Singapore and Malaysia personnel to ensure KPI and required service standards are achieved
»Monitor the earnings and Expenses of service operations and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue
»Manage customer service and relationships through providing regular feedback, review with clients to ensure quality of service is maintained
» Promoting of company’s services and sales of machine parts
»Planning of functions, responsibilities, department’s future needs and operations
» Handle all documents for audit by customers and ensuring compliance in all procedures
Requirements: » Min. Degree in Business or equivalent
»Min. 8-10 years of significant working practice in Manufacturing / Semiconductor Industry
»Possess expertise in Service Audit will be an added advantage
