- Working Employment Type: Monday - Friday, regular working hours with 1 hour lunch break
Job responsibilities: » Handle customers' enquiries in a professional manner via phone or email
» Track sales order and coordinate with internal department to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
» Admin support such as data entry, documentation and fillings
» Perform information analysis when required
» Other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned by managerRequirements:
» Min 'O' Level or equivalent
» At least 1 year of customer service practice in any industry
» Independent and fast learner
» Good communication expertise (Both written & spoken)
