Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION function Summary ?The incumbent will be required to develop and execute the company's Consulting delivery portfolio around our Smart FM related products, to deliver Smart Solution & Consultancy, implementation and in-house innovation digitization for product commercialization and operation improvement initiatives.
function Responsibilities
» Provide support and consultancy on Smart Solution deliveries related to Facility Management (FM) Services;
» Proactive management and planning for deliverable work streams;
» Attends customer meetings and helps to lead workshops, programs, reports on Technical Deliverables progress and status;
» Supports work of the Smart Solution Design & User Interface alignment;
» Prepare project cost estimation of proposed solutions, delivery methodology and work breakdown tasks;
» Identifies and articulates the business case for our Smart FM solutions to key project stakeholders for investment justification.
function Requirements
» Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practice in Computer Science, Engineering or an applicable area;
» Minimum 5 years of hands-on practice in delivering including Enterprise Solutions, IoT Smart Solutions, Cloud Products, Big Data Analytics, etc.;
» practiced in delivery of large scale Smart Solutions involving IoT, Cloud (PaaS/SaaS), Smart FM etc.;
» Familiar with IoT system architecture from edge devices to cloud;
» Familiar with IoT platforms including Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud solutions;
» Familiar with IoT standards and protocols;
» Familiar with embedded systems and software;
» Good expertise about field communication protocols and MES;
» expertise of cloud-located processing and technologies;
» Solid analytical and technical expertise with regard to software applications;
» Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner;
» capability to translate customer/process requirements to application implementation;
» Excellent communication and documentation expertise;
» Preferably familiar with Building & Construction Industry BIM or BIM for Facility Management (FM) Software & Applications
