- Provide innovative network solutions to our customers and potential customers
- Provide strong technical support and thought leadership abilities during the pre-sales process.
- Ascertain and elicit customer requirements, engage in consultative and technical solutions meetings, and architect a complete solution, working with the sales, vendor and internal solution teams
- Undertake ownership and accountcapability for the design of customer's Information technology infrastructure
- Support multiple products and solutions including Routing and Switching, IP Telephony, Wireless LAN, Network Security, etc from vendors including Cisco and Alcatel Lucent, etc
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical proposals, presentations and solution bill of materials for tenders and RFPs
Requirement: - Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or significant field
- Diploma holders with significant practice will also be considered
- At least 6 years of significant working practice in similar environment
- Strong knowledge and good knowledge in data internetworking & network infrastructure technologies
- Strong problem solving, presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Professional certification in the significant technologies will be considered an added advantage
