? Working hours: 8am - 5.45pm
? practice in HR tasks & Payroll matters
Job descriptions : »Process Payroll using Easypay Software and ensure accuracy
» Prepare and Process Government Submission ( e.g. IRAS Submission, IR21 Tax Clearance, MOM applications and renewals, government labour surveys etc.)
» Update and maintain personnel, payroll and admin related documents
» Generate HR related documents (e.g. Employment letters, confirmation letter etc.)Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals Exercise
» Handle workers’ enquiries and issues such as income matters and grievances if any.
» Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process ( e.g. Job posting, arrange interview, on-boarding and conduct orientation etc.)
» Assist in the organizing of company welfare events
» Assist in the documentation of safety matters
» Manage insurance matters ( e.g. WICA, staff insurance etc)
» contact with sub-contractors on servicing and maintenance of office equipment
» Provide administrative support to company /factory operations
» Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.
» Assist in any other related tasks assigned by immediate manager as and when necessary.
Requirement » At least 2 years of working practice in related field
» Proficient in Microsoft Office
» Able to handle General HR tasks
