JOB DESCRIPTION function Responsibilities

» Responsible for the Company's software products are properly implemented and configured in conformity with business processes;

» Adhere to good data management practices and meeting clients' requirements;

» Consult with clients, provide guidance and make suggestions to best implement the Company's Software Products to deliver a professional User Acceptance Test (UAT) process and documentation;

» Work with various stakeholders on the Project Sites and functional departments during the implementation of the product & services;

» Provide in-house product training or external training to clients for product delivery.

function Requirements

» Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practice in Software, Engineering, Project Management or an applicable area;

» Min. 5 years in Software Product Implementation and Training;

» Solid analytical and technical expertise with regard to software product implementation & applications;

» Strong collaboration and team-building expertise;

» Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner;

» capability to translate customer/process requirements to application configuration/implementation;

» Excellent communication and documentation expertise;

» Excellent execution and delivery of product implementation plan;

» Preferably familiar with BIM or Facility Management (FM) Application Software (CIFM/CMMS/BMS etc.);

» Preferably familiar with implementation of smart building’s Smart (IoT) Solutions;

» Preferably familiar with implementation of Cloud Solutions or Information technology Infrastructures.
