Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking for a qualified candidate for an exciting function with the Retail Leasing department. The ideal candidate will play an important function to support the department in various functions as follows:
functions & Job responsibilities:
» Viewing of sites with prospects and meeting with tenants
» Securing new tenants for retail mall
» Working closely with colleagues from the marketing department by performing cold calling to generate leads, and market research to identify the current trends.
» Build and deliver quality pitches to potential tenants, upper management and other counterparts.
» Negotiating leases renewals, finalizing lease agreements and other lease documentations.
» Assist in reviewing tenancy mix and formulating strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail mall
» Budgeting and other leasing tasks
» Assist to implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties Job Requirements:
» Possess a Degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing) or equivalent
» Minimum 3 years of significant local retail mall leasing practice is required. Candidate with more years of significant practice will be considered for a Senior Executive/ adjunct Manager position.
» Have a sound knowledge of the real estate industry.
» Creative and resourceful.
» Good presentation, interpersonal and communication expertise.
