Job Description You will be tasked to perform contracts management for various types of consultancy and construction projects including checking and monitoring project cost and expenditure, processing payment claims from consultants and contractors, preparation of tender documents, checking and valuation of variations, monitoring finalisation of project accounts, carrying out cost apportionments for billing purposes as well as maintaining and updating project information and related documents.
Requirements You should possess a background in Building, Quantity Surveying or Building & Property Management. You should be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery.
