Reporting Manager
- Reports directly to Senior Quality, Audit and Improvement Manager or Director (Audit and Improvement)
Responsibilities - Maintain and implement the Project Quality Plan;
- Preparation of all weekly & monthly reports on QAQC matters;
- Plan, organize and implement all project QAQC activities;
- Conduct necessary training / meeting to project team on quality assurance, inspections & tests related issues;
- Ensure the works performed is in conformity to project specification / contract requirement / approved construction drawings, Study on-site mockup installation and develop quality standards for acceptance
- Review BIM design for non-conformance relating to codes and standards and other requirements.
- Maintain project documentation in conformity to QMS requirements;
- Raise report of any non-conformances observed for further action;
- Monitor corrective actions and process improvement;
- Plan and conduct tests and inspections to achieve required CONQUAS/QMS requirements.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years’ practice WORKING IN SINGAPORE
- Familiar with BIM
- Certified CONQUAS/QM Manager/manager advantages
- Preferred candidates in M&E or architectural discipline
