Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Client is on the look out for a junior executive, who is able to commit for 6 months, for a commission payout function.
Job Job responsibilities:
» Support compensation configuration activities
» Analyse and perform quality control functions on all incentive compensation deliverables and supporting data elements
» Support compensation processing by providing offshore partner with policies, procedures and rules for document on compensation processing
» Prepare reports on activities, trends and projections regarding incentive plan performance, efficiencies and improvements
» Support in system implementation and process improvements projects Job Requirements:
» Min Diploma or its equivalent
» At least 1 year of practice in AP or analytics will be an added advantage
» Possess good interpersonal expertise, able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
» High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
» Able to respond quickly to changes
