Reporting to Director, Projects
Core responsibilities Incumbent will be part of the BIM team working on BIM project in area of BIM Coordination & BIM application.
- Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
- Assist in maintaining Good BIM practices.
- Assist for BIM Coordination offsite & onsite implementation.
- Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage on the capcapability to enhance construction productivity.
Job specifications • Minimum 2 year of significant working practice in a construction project.
Requirements - Entry level candidates with good academic record are welcomed to apply.
- Diploma or similar in one of the following disciplines:
o Building (Architecture, Industrial Design, Projects & Facilities Management);
o Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure);
- Candidates with hands on practice in BIM Authoring tools & BIM reviewing tools and software preferred.
- Dynamic with positive attitude.
- Passionate about BIM / VDC & Construction productivity.
- Information technology software savvy.
- Able to work independently as well as a team.
- expertise & familiarity with one of the following software: Revit Architecture/ Revit Structure / Revit MEP / AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Industry practice on a construction project
