»Requirements : • Degree in Civil/ Architectural or Construction Mgmt, Recognized Degree in Civil
Engineering preferred. Those without recognized degree can be consider other
managerial positions ( Site Manager / Asst. Project Manager )
- Min 8-10 years of significant local practice in Total Project Management of Mid-large
scale building construction projects.
- Project practice such as Residential, Condominium, Commercial, Industrial &
Mixed Development, Data Centre, Nursing home Projects.
- Good track records & working practice with MNC / A1 / A2 main contractors preferred.
Job Scope : - Planning, Coordination, Resource allocation, Staff management & good leadership abilities expertise.
- Good technical expertise & practice in handling of technical issues.
- Good control of budget, timetable & compliance of building code & regulatory requirements.
Working practice with MNC/A1 main contractor with mega/ high-rise building projects
- Handling of technical issues and work closely with Client and significant authorities.
- Manage & Control of work progress, schedule, safety and qualities.

»Project Engineer / C&S Engineer / Site Engineer
Job responsibilities: - Report to Project Manager, Develop projected milestone, Plans &
Method statement.
. Determine project requirements and plans for resource such as
manpower, materials & equipment.
. Provide Construction Sequence & Schedule to subcontractors.
- Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters
- Ensure site works are executed located on approved drawing, Project
requirement, Schedule, Safety & quality standards.
- Site inspection & upkeep site record & progress reports.
. Handling of drawing issues and authorities submission.
- Coordinate, Attend meetings, contact with consultants, clients, etc.• Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements: - Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore IES / BCA.
- Min 3 years of practice managing construction projects, practice
In Mid-large scale Residential/ Condominium/ Mixed development or
Commercial/ Industrial projects an advantage.
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning expertise
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal expertise
- Highly driven and able to work under minimum supervision.
