Job responsibilities: » supervises the everyday operations in Clinic
» Reviewing medical records and conduct in-depth analysis
» Managing a team of TCM physicians
» Manpower and strategic planning
» Develop and review policies and procedures
» Undertaking any other work function assigned
» Reporting to chairman
Requirements: » Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Traditional Medicine TCM
» At least have 8-10 years of practice in TCM
» Must be able to contact with mandarin speaking customers
» Demonstrated capability and maturity to interact with both internal/external senior level
» Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers’ needs
