Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:

» Responsible for the end-to-end "purchase to pay" process and ensuring products are purchased and delivered according to forecasts and agreements with the planning teams

» Ensures correct & timely purchase order flow from Singapore GDC to selected vendors

» Validate Cross dock or Drop shipment purchase orders as majority of these PO’s will be system generated through the MRP process run by Customer Service team

» Provides support with expedite order requirement from Vendor to Singapore GDC in case of specific needs (e.g. urgent backorders).

» Periodically review open purchase orders not shipped due to SLED / COO / RA system set-up

» Identify products on purchase backorder and escalate as needed – Track to resolution.

» Participate in weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings to escalate issues pertaining to Singapore GDC safety stock risk & potential service level impact

» Participate in S&OE – escalate issues to APAC network planning as needed

» Manage inbound shipments from source to Singapore GDC

» Ensure freight is shipped on agreed mode of transport on agreed timelines – maintaining database of inbound shipments for purposes of analysis and optimization

» Escalate non-conformance to SLA’s

» Manages the Returns Authorisation request from country to Singapore GDC and raises RA requests to the Hub suppliers to ensure a proper returns flow. Preferably routes the returns flow direct from country to original supplier to minimize handling impact in Singapore GDC or over stocking.

Requirements:

» min. Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics

» Posess minimum 3-5 years prior working practice in order fufillment / sales support / purchasing specialist functions, preferrably from the Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical industry.

» Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

» Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise
