Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Receptionist cum Admin
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
income: $1,800 - $2500 + 1 month Completion Bonus
Job location: Island wide
tasks - Receptionist tasks
- Answering calls
- Attending to walk-ins
- Set up meeting rooms
- Schedule calendars and handling emails
- Attend to courier man, receive courier documents and attention to respective staffs
- Order stationery
- Serve drinks to guests
- Support admin for HR/ Finance
Requirements - Well groomed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
