Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Knight Frank is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our Asia Pacific Marketing, Communications & Digital team. The Asia Pacific marketing team contact with the UK headquarters to support the requirements of marketing and digital teams executing across 14 local APAC markets. this function will be responsible for supporting the APAC and local team strategy and events for our service lines.
Working with Knight Frank’s APAC marketing team, you will be the first point of contact when people don’t know who to ask or where to find, acting as the conduit between teams to gather data and make Information technology available to all. You will manage venue, supplier, printer and logistics relationships and help ensure seamless event execution through your meticulous attention to detail.
In order to build a regional culture of success you will help drive onboarding for new hires into marketing org across the region and coordinate all cross-border comms and APAC service line leads interactions
Project management practice and communications skills are vital in ensuring consistent stakeholder communication and management.
Our ideal candidate is practiced in event management and logistics management, pays close attention to detail, has excellent communication skills, and is friendly and honest.
Responsibilities » Act as point of contact for market questions and funnel to appropriate global contacts and vice versa
» Source collateral, reports, pitches, content, case studies and stories from local markets and make available via central source; centralise a database of good ideas for reference where appropriate
» Source local KF business data points to help shape APAC stories, key account & content development
» Aggregate individual country reports into APAC summaries for sharing with the business and global teams
» Coordinate service line leads and or subject matter experts availcapability for service line alignment meetings, country comms and learning sessions
» Manage logistics and suppliers such as venue sourcing, printing, entertainment and visual merchandising for owned events and sponsorships of third party event activities
» Organise and execute events for report launches, exec visits, client engagement and APAC hosted internal meetings such as the APAC Conference and various annual service line activities as required; these could range in size from 10 to 400 delegates
» Assist on tracking event budgets and maintaining cost control
» Manage and optimise event attendee communications via email and or through custom event applications where applicable
» Support customer intelligence with web-located research and data cleansing where possible
» Help arrange enablement sessions to transfer skills and add capcapability where required downstream into APAC markets and upstream into UK HQ
Requirements » Bachelor's degree preferred, with digital media or events practice
» 4-6 years of significant professional practice with a demonstrated passion for digital marketing and event management
» Demonstrated practice in supporting event execution, coordinating logistics and suppliers as well as project management skills
» Advanced practice with Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and developing reporting a must; Adobe photoshop also a plus
» Team player with capability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; capability to work effectively with diverse teams across diverse cultures and varying levels of capcapability
» Be prepared to think outside the box and take initiative in order to deal with problems as they arise
